To most I’m Lauren Cruz, entrepreneur and award winning waxer but outside of the salon I’m known as mommy. I have been a mother longer than I have been anything else and I take so much pride in this aspect of my life. I currently have an 11 year old son, 5 year old daughter and a new little bundle of joy on the way. I truly believe that women have it hard with finding a good work-life balance.
